A “zombie cookie” is a cookie that recreates itself after being deleted, making them tough to manage. INTRODUCTION
We would like you to tell us what you think about Animals and Your Mental Health
‘There is nothing like this in Australia. It is a haven for our precious pets to be if we need to go to hospital or we're indisposed for a while or any emergency where we can’t take him/her.
I have just had the pleasure of leaving my pup there for 4 days’.

Animals give unconditional love which is needed especially when you are not mentally stable. To know that your pet or a pet can love you without boundaries or discrimination is comforting.
To maintain a stable mental health we all need a special friend.
We have a therapy dog at M.H.U. (Mental Health Unit) at times and he always kept patients excited to see him. He also received lots of patsand attention. A very calming influence

Yes animals are absolutely, without a doubt, good for your Mental Health. Animals can sense when something is wrong & always know how to make you feel better. To your pet, you are everything, they will never leave you and their loyalty never wavers. My dog willow has saved me more times than I can count & my housemates dog as well, from having breakdowns, or feeling anxious.
All in All they are an asset & can cheer you up when you need it the most.
