The Hung-Over Lizard
One day, whilst driving along a dusty track, I saw a can of VB moving towards the side of the road.
I stopped, with confused curiosity, to find a lizard with its head stuck in the mouth of a VB can. We could not spare another second.
This looks like a job for....
Liz Heads For Freedom.
Liz ๐ฆ, named after her mother ๐ฆ, was prioritised to the ๐จ Emergency Room, where she immediately started to shred the Nurse's arm (see Photo) The battered team snapped into action. Post-Op Recovery.
A sigh of relief from all involved, and a round of applause ๐๐ฝ for Liz. But it doesn't end there. Liz was gently moved to the Recovery Ward, where she needed time to heal from her stressful ordeal. Here, she was Fed, Watered and Spoken to in an ancient dialect, using words of lost meaning, like Coo, Aww, and Ahh. After a complete recovery Liz was returned to the exact spot, and then pointed in the same direction from which she was rescued. By now she had sobered up enough to continue onto her dusty journey.
